The Burlap and Bling Boutique (“our,” “us,” “we,” “Burlap and Bling,”) ships by USPS or UPS. Options are based on the weight and shipping address(es) of your order. Burlap and Bling ships to U.S. addresses only; excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO. For orders that do not meet the minimum purchase requirement for any applicable free shipping offers, shipping charges will be shown in the checkout process before the order is finalized. Expedited shipping may incur additional charges. NO international shipping.
Burlap and Bling strives to process and ship all orders within 24 hours for in-stock items, except for weekends and during the holidays. After shipping, tracking information with the shipper will be available.
New Mexico sales tax will be charged as applicable.
We accept payment by PayPal or all major credit cards through a secure server.
Please note, credit card charges will be listed on your bill from "Horse N Hound Feed and Supply."

All sales on clearance items are final and are not subject to return, refund, or exchange.
RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! Please open your package and inspect your item(s) IMMEDIATELY! If for any reason you are not satisfied, requests for return, exchange, or refund, and reports of damaged or incorrect items must be made within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To process a return or exchange, please contact Burlap and Bling. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns not authorized will not be credited. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same item (subject to availability), you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Returns or order cancellations for multiple quantities of any one item may be subject to 25% restocking fee.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Perishables and periodicals
- Intimate clothing articles
- Items lacking a proof of purchase
- Merchandise with obvious signs of use or washing
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or the issuance of Store Credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund, first check with your bank or credit card provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact Customer Service.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of the merchandise we sell. Please be aware that colors can display differently depending upon the calibration of your monitor. Slight variations in dimensions, patterns, and colors is not considered a defect.
